  • To be sovereign means that we are autonomous and have self-agency. This is essential for relationships because maintaining personal identity fosters a healthy balance between togetherness and individual growth, contributing to a more fulfilling and sustainable partnership.

  • YES! Most of my clients seek me out for my expertise in sex/relationship related challenges, however, my approach is holistic. Our sessions will always be a space for you to explore what’s feeling meaningful in your life at any given moment, whether it’s related to your initial reasons for seeking counseling or not.

  • YES! I have experience supporting clients of diverse relationship configurations including monogamy, consensual/ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and other dynamics. During our work, I can support you in co-creating a structure that supports both individual sovereign alignment and fulfilling connection. Our sessions may focus on: cultivating trust and safety, enhancing communication skills, support with jealousy, securing boundaries, navigating attachment styles, and deepening into intimacy.

  • I collaborate with my clients to determine what fits best with their goals, desires, lifestyle and capability. Most of my clients meet me weekly or bi-weekly, especially at first. Ultimately, I’m dedicated to supporting you at your pace, whatever that looks like for you.

  • Individual sessions are $195/50 minutes

    Couples sessions are $225/50 minutes or $350/80 minutes

    Payment is due at the time of service.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies at this time. I am able to provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, though this will depend on your out of network benefits. Many of my clients have luck in this realm, though I cannot guarantee any sort of reimbursement. It is up to you to confirm your benefits with your insurance provider. I am considered private-pay.

  • I bill for appointments cancelled within a 48-hour window. I make exceptions for emergencies.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services.You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
